COVID-19 | Coronavirus
Dear Customers, Clients, Suppliers & Contractors,
I am writing this article to keep everyone that's involved updated of the steps we are taking as a company. The number of confirmed cases in the UK of coronavirus continues to rise daily, we would like to re-assure all of you that we are committed to ensuring business continues as normal whilst also providing a safe working environment for our employees.
Of course, we cannot be sure that coronavirus won’t impact our business however we are confident that the coronavirus (COVID-19) will not drastically impact our business. We have taken measures of precaution and have planned for various possible scenarios.
Our measures include:
We are asking our staff to take additional precautions to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees and customers when visiting sites.
We have increased the frequency with which we clean our offices & vehicles. Anyone entering the office, will be asked to sanitize their hands before entering.
Our office will be regularly cleaned with antibacterial spray, including upon last man out at night.
All of our staff have been issued with, alcohol screen wipes, alcohol gel, latex gloves, work gloved and tissues.
We are monitoring the risks to clients and sites on a case by case basis.
Sites with venerable members of the public, such as care homes, schools etc we will work with the client and their requirements.
Throughout this time, we will be 100% focused on doing everything we can to support all our customers day and night.
It would be naive of us to implement a contingency plan as nobody can predict the velocity that this virus can cause. As a business we may be fortunate and have no impact, we may have a staff member or two in self isolation, or we may all have to self-isolate. We simply don’t know. What we do know is that we will take each day as it comes, seek advice from the government and the world health organisation. Until then, we will continue to work with our clients interests at the forefront and help to support their needs.

Staff having time off I’ll won’t break us, reduction in jobs coming in won’t break us, government restrictions won’t break us. We’re a profitably business, and we will survive this!
But what will hurt us the most, more than the virus itself is lack of cash flow! No matter how much is on our sales ledger or how many tens of thousands we’re owed, “On paper” doesn’t pay the bills.
With immediate effect, we will be making every effort and trying our best to pay all of our sub-contractors and small suppliers within 7 days rather than the normal 30 days.
We urge all of our clients to follow suite, and help to keep the cash rolling to small companies. If more companies follow suit then we all can do our part to try and save peoples jobs, businesses and more importantly their homes.
Lets keep the economy alive!
